My love for science fiction is what first drew me into video and visual effects. The futuristic worlds, imaginative design, and practical effects of shows like Star Trek inspired me to experiment with motion and storytelling in my own work. I’ve created several personal projects as tributes — including pieces celebrating Spock and the spirit of exploration. These projects allow me to push creative techniques, from animation to compositing, while reconnecting with the genre that sparked my curiosity as a designer. Sci-fi remains both a source of inspiration and a reminder of why I first fell in love with visual storytelling.
